The GHBER Foundation exists to change that.
Established as the charitable and educational partner of the Greater Houston Business Ethics Roundtable (GHBER), the Foundation was created to invest in people, expand educational opportunities, and inspire the next generation of ethical leaders who will shape the future of business, government, nonprofit organizations, healthcare, education, and communities throughout Greater Houston and beyond.
Through scholarships, educational programming, leadership development, research, strategic partnerships, and community engagement, the Foundation transforms the principles of integrity, accountability, transparency, and responsible leadership into meaningful opportunities for students, young professionals, and emerging leaders.

Our Origin
Why the GHBER Foundation Was Established
For more than two decades, the Greater Houston Business Ethics Roundtable has convened executives, compliance professionals, attorneys, educators, and business leaders committed to advancing ethical leadership throughout one of the world's most dynamic and influential business communities.
Throughout its history, GHBER has created opportunities for professionals to learn from one another, share best practices, recognize ethical leadership, and strengthen the culture of integrity across industries.
As the organization continued to grow, so did its vision. The Board recognized that convening conversations alone would not be enough to prepare the next generation of principled leaders. While today's executives continue shaping ethical organizations, tomorrow's leaders deserve opportunities to develop those same values long before they enter the boardroom.
The Foundation was established to fulfill that responsibility. By creating a dedicated charitable organization, GHBER expands its impact beyond professional networking and continuing education to directly invest in the future through scholarships, leadership academies, ethics education, research, workforce development, student engagement, university partnerships, and innovative programming focused on ethical leadership in an increasingly complex world.
